Unmatched Adventures: Tales to Amaze

Unmatched Adventures: Tales to Amaze transports you to the world of mid-20th-century pulp adventures, tall tales, and local legends. This new expansion of the Unmatched series introduces a cooperative mode where players join forces to defeat one of two formidable villains: Mothman or the Martian Invader. Each villain comes with a unique battlefield and specific objectives. If the villain achieves their objective or defeats the heroes, the players lose.

Adding to the challenge, the villains are supported by a range of notorious minions such as the Jersey Devil, Ant Queen, Loveland Frog, The Blob, Tarantula, and Skunk Ape. These adversaries utilise special action cards and a straightforward targeting system to direct their movements and attacks.

The game also introduces four new heroes:

• Nikola Tesla: Harnesses the power of his electrified coils to amplify his effects.
• Annie Christmas: Grows stronger when battling against the odds.
• The Golden Bat: The world's first superhero, equipped with an array of powerful abilities.
• Dr. Jill Trent, Science Sleuth: Utilises a collection of innovative gizmos to outsmart her foes.

True to the Unmatched series' flexibility, heroes from other Unmatched sets can be used in Unmatched Adventures. Additionally, the new heroes and battlefields in this set can be utilised for competitive Unmatched play, offering endless strategic possibilities and replayability.
