4. Video Game Age Suitability

The content of games with a PEGI 3 rating is considered suitable for all age groups. The game should not contain any sounds or pictures that are likely to frighten young children. A very mild form of violence (in a comical context or a childlike setting) is acceptable. No bad language should be heard.	Game content with scenes or sounds that can possibly be frightening to younger children should fall in this category. Very mild forms of violence (implied, non-detailed, or non-realistic violence) are acceptable for a game with a PEGI 7 rating.	Video games that show violence of a slightly more graphic nature towards fantasy characters or non-realistic violence towards human-like characters would fall in this age category. Sexual innuendo or sexual posturing can be present, while any bad language in this category must be mild.	This rating is applied once the depiction of violence (or sexual activity) reaches a stage that looks the same as would be expected in real life. The use of bad language in games with a PEGI 16 rating can be more extreme, while the use of tobacco, alcohol or illegal drugs can also be present.	The adult classification is applied when the level of violence reaches a stage where it becomes a depiction of gross violence, apparently motiveless killing, or violence towards defenceless characters. The glamorisation of the use of illegal drugs and of the simulation of gambling, and explicit sexual activity should also fall into this age category.

8. WEEE Statement

The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) regulations apply to retailers that sell electrical and electronic equipment (EEE), regardless of how they sell the products. Small businesses have several obligations under the WEEE regulations, including: 

• Accepting small WEEE Retailers with a sales area of more than 400m² must accept small WEEE (items less than 25 cm on their longest side) free from private households. This service must be available in-store or close to the store, and customers do not need to purchase new EEE to take advantage of it. Itemdrop Seaton is 186m² so this requirement does not apply.
  
  
• Providing a take-back service Retailers must provide a way for customers to dispose of their old EEE when they buy a new version of the same item. This can be done by offering a free in-store take-back service or setting up an alternative free take-back service. Itemdrop is happy to accept your old EEE when you buy a new version of the same item type.
  
  
• Storing and treating WEEE Retailers must store and treat all collected WEEE using the best available treatment, recovery, and recycling techniques (BATRRT). Itemdrop tests, repairs, and reuses parts if and when applicable, with disposal being our last option through certified disposal companies.
  
  
• Keeping records Retailers must keep records of all EEE waste they collect and dispose of.
  
  
• Following hazardous waste regulations Some WEEE items contain hazardous parts, so retailers must also follow the hazardous waste regulations.
