Delivery & Returns Information
Dispatch Information
We aim to dispatch all in-stock items by the end of the next working day, orders placed over the weekend may sometimes be dispatched on Tuesdays. Our dispatch days are Monday - Friday.
Note: Star Wars Legion and certain board games are stored in a separate warehouse due to size and may take 4-5 working days to dispatch in some cases, though we will always get them out as quickly as possible, and we keep some stock in our shop premises as well.
IMPORTANT: SOME GAMES WORKSHOP LINES MAY CURRENTLY BE SUBJECT TO DELAYS.
Delivery Information
We provide complimentary delivery within the UK for all orders. For most orders we use Royal Mail but heavier bulky items are delivered with APC Overnight.
Next Day Delivery services refer to the transit speed, not the handling time or dispatch speed. Despite our efforts to expedite order processing, we operate as a small team, working to fulfill orders as swiftly as possible. If you have any special requirements for delivery speed, please feel free to contact us to discuss this when placing your order.
For instances where a signature is required upon delivery, the responsibility lies with you to ensure someone is present to receive the order or to arrange for re-delivery.
International Delivery and Customs
For overseas shipments, we ship by Royal Mail International Tracked and/or Signed (where applicable).
For our international customers, including those within the EU, it's important to note that any VAT, import duty, and/or processing fees as determined by your respective customs authorities are your responsibility. We employ an automated electronic system to ensure the accuracy of all details in the declaration forms. While certain items from our collection may successfully clear customs without additional charges, we recommend reaching out to us before making a purchase to inquire about the potential for charges on specific items.
Preorders
Preorders are dispatched 1-2 working days before their official release date, as long as they are received in time from our suppliers. In extremely rare cases, new releases might reach us on their release day, and we endeavour to dispatch them promptly.
Returns
Should any goods purchased from us arrive damaged or faulty, we will replace them where possible, and otherwise refund you in full with no return cost. Kindly allow up to 7 days for us to process your refund after we receive your returned items.
We offer a right to refund or exchange within 90 days of purchase for any other reason (subject to availability), as long as:
- Proof of purchase is available
- The product is returned in the condition it was shipped out in. For games, this means unopened and unused. Hardware may be opened for inspection but not used.
- Serial numbers for hardware and accessories match the sales receipt/despatch records
- The product is complete and in resellable condition
- all components included in the purchase are returned together in the case of bundle deals
Games sold as "Code in the Box" must be in the same condition they were sent out in to be eligible for return and refund. If there is a problem with the code, this will be checked with the publisher and then replaced.
