UK delivery is free for all orders.
For overseas shipments, we offer two shipping services - Royal Mail International Standard, and Royal Mail International Tracked and/or Signed (where applicable).
We aim to dispatch all in-stock items by the end of the next working day.
Pre-orders are dispatched 1-2 working days before their release date, as long as they are received in time from the suppliers.
Items marked as 'On Request' and will be dispatched as soon as possible. On ordering we order from the manufacturer and then provide you with an ETA. If we feel the order will take too long a time we will attempt to source the item from another supplier to get it to you as soon as possible.
In rare cases, new releases are only delivered to us on release day, and we will aim to dispatch them as soon as possible.
Where an item is marked with a lead time, we aim to dispatch the order within the stated time. Sometimes there can be delays that are out of our hands, but we will always communicate those with you.
Where signature is required for a delivery, you are responsible for either making sure someone is there to receive your order, or for re-delivery.
We are happy to accept returns in line with the distance selling regulations.
If goods you have purchased from us are damaged or faulty in any way, we will replace where possible, and otherwise refund you. Please allow up to 7 days for us to process your refund after we receive your returned items,
If you have purchased something that you no longer require, please fill in the returns form on our website, and return the goods to us within 14 days of your purchase in the condition it was sent out in. We can then refund the cost of your goods.
