Returns Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Below is everything you need to know about returns, refunds, faulty items, and what to do if something goes wrong with your order.


Can I return an item if I change my mind?

Yes. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations (UK), you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund. The item must be unopened, unused, and in original condition. You are responsible for return postage costs.

In addition to your legal rights, we offer an extended 60-day return guarantee, subject to the following conditions:

  • Proof of purchase is provided.
  • The item is returned in original condition:
    • For games: unopened and unused.
    • For hardware: opened for inspection but not used.
  • Serial numbers for hardware and accessories match our records.
  • The item is complete; For hardware and bundles, all components, accessories, manuals, and packaging must be returned. Items returned incomplete may be subject to a partial refund.

My item is faulty or damaged – what should I do?

We’re sorry your order wasn’t perfect. Please contact us within 60 days of receipt so we can arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping where applicable.

For games, please check that your console or PC is connected to the internet and that all available updates or patches have been installed. Developers often fix early issues this way. If problems persist, let us know and we’ll look into it.

Please ensure items are packaged securely for return. If goods are damaged further due to poor packaging, we may reduce your refund accordingly.


I received the wrong item or my order is incomplete – help!

We’ll sort it out! Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and what you received. We'll make sure the correct item(s) are sent or the issue is resolved.

Let us know within 30 days of receiving your order so we can fix it promptly.


When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are typically processed within 5 working days of receiving your returned item. However, it can take up to 10 days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

We’ll send you a confirmation email once the refund has been processed. Refunds can only be made to the original payment method used.


How do I start a return?

Please complete our returns form or contact us directly before sending anything back. We will provide instructions and issue a Returns Authorisation (RMA) if required.

Can I return a digital product or 'Code in a Box'?

Digital products and codes are non-refundable once the code has been emailed or the seal on a “Code in a Box” item has been broken.

By purchasing digital content, you acknowledge that:

  • Returns are only accepted if the seal is intact.
  • Once the seal is broken, your right to cancel is lost under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015, as the code is considered accessed.

If the digital code is faulty, we will verify the issue with the publisher and provide a replacement if necessary.
