Delivery Information

DISPATCH INFORMATION

We aim to dispatch all orders by the end of the next working day. Orders placed over the weekend may occasionally be dispatched on Tuesdays. Our dispatch days are Monday to Friday.

PLEASE NOTE: During busy periods such as Christmas or in cases of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., adverse weather, medical emergencies), delivery times may be affected. This can include delays from suppliers, couriers, or distribution centres. If dispatch times extend beyond 3 working days, we will display a notice at the top of our website.

We’ll always do our best to get your items sent as quickly as possible!

The complexities of modern retail make it difficult to hold stock in one place. Some products, including and not limited to, Games Workshop items, Star Wars: Legion, and certain board games, are stored at external warehouses or distribution partners. These may take up to 5 working days to dispatch, though we aim to send them sooner whenever we can.

FREE POSTAGE INFORMATION

We provide complimentary delivery within the UK for all orders.

Delivery methods vary based on item size and weight:

  • Items under 100g (e.g., most video games, max 2.5cm thick) are dispatched via Royal Mail 24.
  • Items over 100g are dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked 48.
  • Bulky items may occasionally require delivery by APC Overnight.

TRACKING INFORMATION

Tracking details are usually provided. During busier periods, updates may be delayed due to limited staff availability. If you haven’t received tracking, just get in touch. We’re happy to help.

STORE PICKUP INFORMATION

If you choose in-store collection, we’ll contact you once your item is ready, typically within 24 hours. Please be aware that not all stock is kept on-site, so some items may require transfer from a separate location.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY AND CUSTOMS

We ship internationally using Royal Mail International Tracked and/or Signed services (where available).

Exceptions:

  • We’re not currently shipping to the EU, USA, Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Israel, or Palestine due to regulations, tariffs, or conflicts.

For international customers:

  • VAT, import duty, and/or processing fees charged by your local customs authorities are your responsibility.
  • We use an automated electronic system to ensure accurate customs declarations.
  • While some items may clear customs without charges, we recommend contacting us before purchasing to inquire about potential fees.

PREORDERS

Preorders are dispatched 1-2 working days before the official release date, provided they arrive from our suppliers in time. On rare occasions, new releases may reach us on their release day, in which case we will dispatch them as quickly as possible.
