We like to treat people the way we would like to be treated ourselves. 
Your statutory rights are not affected by anything in these Terms and Conditions.


Purchasing an item without paying immediately does not reserve your item, unless you have spoken to us previously.  You understand the item can be sold elsewhere before your payment is made.  Any payments made after an item has been sold will be refunded.
If an issue arises, you are willing to contact us directly before opening a case through Paypal. Please allow at least a working day for a reply, emails are not always monitored during the weekend.
We will pay for return postage if an item is found to be faulty, we will test the item on it's arrival and follow this up with a refund or a replacement.  
You purchase with the will to wait the required delivery time, described in our shipping information, in case of any delays in the postal service.  
You purchase understanding that there maybe errors in the listing.  If something is incorrect or you feel you have been misled, please do get in contact.
We use stock images for our products.  You purchase with the understanding that stock photos may not be the exact representation of the final product you may receive.  There maybe slight differences in colours, text and other presentation but the basic platform of the item will be what you purchased.


A warranty is a form of guarantee that a manufacturer gives regarding the condition of its product. It also outlines in what circumstances repairs will be made or refunds/exchanges allowed if the product does not perform as expected or described. We are happy to try and answer your questions regarding your purchased items if an issue arises but we recommend contacting the manufacturer of the product as they are more likely to be able to solve any troubleshooting better. Even if you do not have a warranty over goods which you have purchased, you still have statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which protects you, legally, for 6 months after purchase.


Payments through the website can be made via PayPal. Please note that you do not have to have a PayPal account to pay with a credit or debit card using PayPal.
We also provide cash on collection. Please select the collection option at check out. Your order will be reserved at our store for you for 3 working days following your order.


Where an item is marked as pre-order, whether it is a game or merchandise, we will aim to dispatch your order 1-2 working days before the release date.
Within the UK this is usually done using the Royal Mail 24 Signed For service, which has a 1-2 working day delivery time. For a guaranteed Release Day delivery, please select the Special Delivery option at checkout.
All pre-order dates are subject to change and are not set by us.
We are bound by Street Date Agreements as set out by publishers.

Stock Status

Please read the stock status information for each of your purchases carefully.
While we try to keep all information on stock up to date, sometimes errors happen, or deliveries get delayed -  this can especially be the case with items marked as pre-order. 
We will always aim to contact you if there is a problem. 

Reward Points

Reward Points are valued as follows: 1 point = 1 pence
Reward Points are awarded for all products on the website.
Reward points are provided ASAP on preorders.  If, between the time of purchase and release date, you spend your reward points and later cancel your preorder, you will be refunded to the value of the preorder minus the redeemed reward points value.
We reserve the right to withdraw the scheme at any time, but will endeavour to give as much notice as possible, should we make the decision to do so.

Pricing Errors

If there is a product that is priced incorrectly, we may need to cancel and refund your order, or contact you to arrange for payment of the remaining difference.
This also applies where Reward Points are used to pay for an item.

Legal Aspects

Any contract for your goods and services from Itemdrop is governed by the law of England and Wales, and you agree that such contract will be subject to the non exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

About us


Itemdrop was founded in 2013 by a husband and wife team, and has grown from our love for all things gaming to what it is today. As well as an online retailer, we trade from our bricks and mortar shop in East Devon. We also run a Friday evening event named Bring Your Geek that allows people to share their passions and provide event space for people to run various groups from our store.
