1. Introduction

Welcome to the Itemdrop Affiliate Program! By signing up as an affiliate, you agree to comply with the terms outlined below. These terms ensure a fair and transparent partnership between you (the affiliate) and Itemdrop (we/us/our).

2. Eligibility

To join our affiliate program, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Have a valid website, blog, social media presence, or other marketing channels that align with our brand.
  • Not use misleading, illegal, or spammy methods to promote our store.

We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our discretion.

3. Affiliate Commissions & Payments

  • Commission Rate: Affiliates earn 5% per qualifying sale.
  • Qualifying Sales: Sales must be completed and not refunded within 30 days before commissions are approved.
  • Payment Method: Commissions are paid via Bank Transfer or Paypal.
  • Payment Schedule: Payments are processed on the 1st of each month, with a minimum payout of £20.

4. Promotion Guidelines

Affiliates may promote Itemdrop through:

✅ Social media, blogs, and personal websites.
✅ Email marketing (if compliant with GDPR and spam regulations).
✅ Online ads (but not using our brand name in paid search).

Prohibited Activities:

❌ No misleading claims or false advertising.
❌ No spam, unsolicited messages, or deceptive tactics.
❌ No use of Itemdrop’s trademarks in domain names or social media handles without permission.

We reserve the right to remove affiliates violating these guidelines.

5. Use of Affiliate Links

  • Affiliates must use the provided tracking links to ensure proper commission tracking.
  • Self-referrals (purchasing through your own affiliate link) are not allowed.

6. Account Termination

We may terminate an affiliate account if:

  • The affiliate violates these terms.
  • The account remains inactive for 365 days.
  • There is fraudulent or unethical activity.

Affiliates may also terminate their participation at any time by notifying us.

7. Liability & Disclaimer

  • We are not responsible for technical issues, lost commissions, or disruptions beyond our control.
  • We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any significant changes.
