Customer Cancellation Information
We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order, and we aim to make the process as simple as possible.
How to Request a Cancellation
If your order is still being processed and has not yet been shipped, you may request a cancellation directly from your Order History page by selecting the “Cancel This Order” button.
Once your cancellation request has been submitted, it will be reviewed by our team during working hours.
Please note that:
- The “Cancel Order” button will only appear if your order is eligible for cancellation.
- If your order has already shipped, the cancellation button will no longer be visible.
After Submitting a Cancellation
Submitting a cancellation request does not automatically refund your order; it must still be processed manually.
If the order is successfully cancelled:
- We will process a refund to your original payment method.
- If the order cannot be cancelled because it has already been shipped, you will need to return the item in line with our Returns Policy once it arrives.
Important Notes
- Cancellations can only be accepted for orders that have not been shipped. Once your order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.
- If you placed your order outside of our working hours, the request will be reviewed the next working day. If you have not received confirmation within one working day, please contact us directly.
