We've identified a technical issue affecting reward points for some recent orders.
What's Happening
Some customers who paid by card, through dojo, may not have received their reward points automatically when their order was completed. This appears to be a technical issue with our reward points system. Those who paid through Paypal are not affected.
What We're Doing
We're actively working to resolve this issue and are manually reviewing all recent orders to ensure every customer receives their earned reward points. If you've been affected, your points will be added to your account within the next few business days.
No Action Required
You don't need to contact us about this issue - we're proactively identifying and fixing all affected orders. Your reward points will be automatically credited to your account once we've processed them.
Going Forward
In the meantime, we will be applying the reward points manually on card processed orders while we look into implementing a permanent fix to prevent this from happening again. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.
