Delivery & Returns Information
Dispatch Information
Important Note: During busy periods such as Christmas or due to unforeseen circumstances, including adverse weather (e.g., snow or floods), delivery times may be disrupted. This can affect our operations, suppliers, distribution companies, and delivery services. If order dispatch times extend to 3 days or more due to backlogs, we will display a notice at the top of our website to inform you of delays. Rest assured, we will do everything possible to dispatch your items promptly.
Games Workshop, Star Wars Legion, and certain board games are stored in a separate warehouse due to their size. These items may take up to 5 working days to dispatch, though we aim to send them sooner when possible.
Free Postage Information
We provide complimentary delivery within the UK for all orders.
Delivery methods vary based on item size and weight:
- Items under 100g (e.g., most video games) and with a maximum width of 2.5cm are dispatched via Royal Mail 24.
- Items over 100g are dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked 48.
- Bulky items may occasionally require delivery by APC Overnight.
Delivery Tracking
Tracking details are usually available. While we aim to provide tracking information where possible, please note that during busy periods, these details may not always be updated immediately due to our small team’s workload. If you have not received tracking information for your order and would like to confirm its status, please feel free to contact us.
Store Pickup Information
If you choose to collect your order from our store, we will notify you when your item is ready for pickup. This is typically within 24 hours. Please note that items are stored in various locations, and not all products are available immediately in-store.
International Delivery and Customs
We ship internationally using Royal Mail International Tracked and/or Signed services (where available).
Exceptions:
- We are not currently shipping to the EU due to the complexities of new regulations.
- We are not shipping to Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Israel, or Palestine due to ongoing conflicts.
For international customers:
- VAT, import duty, and/or processing fees charged by your local customs authorities are your responsibility.
- We use an automated electronic system to ensure accurate customs declarations.
- While some items may clear customs without charges, we recommend contacting us before purchasing to inquire about potential fees.
Preorders
Preorders are dispatched 1-2 working days before the official release date, provided they arrive from our suppliers in time. On rare occasions, new releases may reach us on their release day, in which case we will dispatch them as quickly as possible.
Returns Policy
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, we will replace the item where possible or provide a full refund, including return shipping costs. Please allow up to 7 days for us to process your refund after we receive your returned items. To request a return, please complete the returns form on our website.
We also offer a 90-day refund or exchange policy for other reasons (subject to availability), provided:
- Proof of purchase is available.
- The product is returned in its original condition:
- For games: unopened and unused.
- For hardware: opened for inspection but not used.
- Serial numbers for hardware and accessories match our records.
- The product is complete, with all components included (e.g., for bundle deals).
Code in a Box Returns
For "Code in a Box" games, the following conditions apply:
- The product must be returned in the condition it was shipped, with the seal intact.
- Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015, once the seal is broken, the right to cancel or return is lost because unsealing implies the digital code may have been accessed.
If the digital code is faulty, we will verify the issue with the publisher and provide a replacement if necessary.
