We like to treat people the way we would like to be treated ourselves. Your statutory rights are not affected by anything in these Terms and Conditions.


SALES

  • Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. Order acceptance and contract formation occur only when we dispatch your item/s. If we are unable to accept the order (e.g. stock issues, payment problems, errors), we will notify you and provide a full refund.
  • If an issue arises, please contact us directly. We aim to respond within 2 working days. Emails are not continuously monitored at weekends.
  • If an item is faulty, we will cover return postage. The item will be tested upon arrival, and you will receive either a refund or a replacement.
  • By purchasing, you agree to wait for the delivery times specified in our shipping information, including any postal delays.
  • We aim for complete and accurate listings, but product images, colours, and specifications (including barcodes and age ratings) may differ slightly and are subject to change without notice. If something seems wrong or misleading, let us know.

SHIPPING FORWARDERS & FRAUD REVIEWS

  • We reserve the right to cancel orders sent to known shipping forwarder addresses if they are being used to bypass our policies. If you're having checkout issues, contact us — we ship to most countries directly.
  • Some orders may be flagged for fraud review, which may cause a temporary suspension after payment. Manual reviews are usually completed within two business days but may vary.
  • If your order has been flagged, you can contact us with any relevant information to assist. Common flags include the use of proxies or VPNs, which can interfere with address verification.
  • If a review cannot be resolved, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.

WARRANTY

  • A warranty is a manufacturer’s guarantee regarding the product’s condition and outlines when repairs, refunds, or exchanges apply. While we’re happy to help, the manufacturer is typically best placed for support.
  • Regardless of warranty status, your purchase is protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which provides coverage for six months.

PAYMENTS

Payments can be made via PayPal or our card processor, Dojo. You don’t need a PayPal account to use a credit or debit card via PayPal’s secure checkout.


PREORDERS

  • Preorder items are typically dispatched 1–2 working days before release.
  • UK orders use Royal Mail 24 Signed For (1–2 working days).
  • For guaranteed release day delivery, please select Special Delivery at checkout.
  • Release dates are subject to change and set by publishers, not us.
  • We adhere to Street Date Agreements, if applicable and required.

STOCK STATUS

Please check the stock status on each product listing. While we work hard to keep stock information accurate, occasional errors or delays may occur — particularly with preorders. If there’s an issue, we’ll always get in touch.


PRICING ERRORS

If a product is clearly priced incorrectly, we may cancel and refund the order, or request payment of the price difference. Obvious pricing mistakes will be corrected as necessary.

  • Any contract for goods and services from Itemdrop is governed by the law of England and Wales. You agree that such contracts fall under the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
  • We use manufacturer images, names, logos, stock photos, and descriptions throughout the site. These are not claimed as our intellectual property. They're used to aid navigation, showcase officially licensed items, and ensure a high-quality website experience. We understand that in using these, we are distributing genuine licensed goods.
