Technical Issues
We are currently experiencing intermittent issues with our outgoing emails, particularly those sent automatically by our website, such as:
- order confirmations
- password resets
- preorder notifications
- signup confirmations
Despite our best efforts to resolve this, the problem persists.
If you place an order on our website and do not receive a confirmation email, please don't hesitate to reach out to us through another contact method. Rest assured, if your payment has been processed, your order is being prepared and will be dispatched without delay.
We are receiving emails fine and can, the majority of the time, send out emails from our staff emails so will try to send out emails manually where we can.
The Managing Directors are away at the moment and will get back on to the issue when they arrive back from their family holiday from the 14th August. Despite our efforts with our host and another web service team to resolve the issue with both blaming the other, we will get a third party in to solve the issue on our return.
