We like to treat people the way we would like to be treated ourselves. 
Your statutory rights are not affected by anything in these Terms and Conditions.

Sales

- You understand the item can be sold elsewhere before your payment is made.  Any payments made after an item has been sold will be refunded.
- If an issue arises, you can contact us directly. Please allow at 2 working days for a reply, emails are not continuously monitored during the weekend.
- We will pay for return postage if an item is found to be faulty, we will test the item on its arrival and follow this up with a refund or a replacement.  
- You purchase with the will to wait the required delivery time, described in our shipping information, in case of any delays in the postal service.
- Our listings are as complete and accurate as possible; however, product images, colours and/or specifications (inc. barcodes & age ratings) may differ slightly and are subject to change without notice.
  If something is incorrect or you feel you have been misled, please do get in contact.

Shipping Forwarders & Fraud Reviews

- We reserve the right to cancel orders to known shipping forwarder addresses if the order is an attempt to circumnavigate our policies. We ship to most countries in the world directly, so please contact us if you are having issues at checkout.

In certain instances, our system may automatically raise a flag for Fraud Review on specific orders, leading to a temporary suspension following payment. Our aim is to diligently conduct manual reviews and address these situations within a span of two business days. However, the timeline for resolution may be extended based on a range of factors.

Should you observe that your order has been designated for a Fraud Review and you wish to expedite the process, we encourage you to get in touch with us. Feel free to share the reasons you believe might have triggered this status. Generally, a combination of factors contributes to this scenario, with key elements often involving the use of proxies and VPNs, which can potentially lead to challenges in validating billing addresses.

In cases where a review cannot be satisfactorily resolved, please understand that we retain the right to cancel such orders and initiate refunds.

Warranty

- A warranty is a form of guarantee that a manufacturer gives regarding the condition of its product. It also outlines in what circumstances repairs will be made or refunds/exchanges allowed if the product does not perform as expected or described. We are happy to try and answer your questions regarding your purchased items if an issue arises but we recommend contacting the manufacturer of the product as they are more likely to be able to solve any troubleshooting better.
- Even if you do not have a warranty over goods which you have purchased, you still have statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which protects you, legally, for 6 months after purchase.

Payments

- Payments through the website can be made via PayPal or our card processing partner, Dojo. Please note that you do not have to have a PayPal account to pay with a credit or debit card using PayPal.

Preorders

- Where an item is marked as a preorder, whether it is a game or merchandise, we will aim to dispatch your order 1-2 working days before the release date. Within the UK this is usually done using the Royal Mail 24 Signed For service, which has a 1-2 working day delivery time. For a guaranteed Release Day delivery, please select the Special Delivery option at checkout.
- All pre-order dates are subject to change and are not set by us.
- We are bound by Street Date Agreements as set out by publishers.

Stock Status

- Please read the stock status information for each of your purchases carefully. While we try to keep all information on stock up to date, sometimes errors happen, or deliveries get delayed -  this can especially be the case with items marked as preorder. We will always aim to contact you if there is a problem.

Pricing Errors

- If a product is priced incorrectly, we may need to cancel and refund your order or contact you to arrange for payment of the remaining difference. Incorrect pricing error corrections only apply to items that are obviously mispriced.

Legal Aspects

- Any contract for your goods and services from Itemdrop is governed by the law of England and Wales, and you agree that such contract will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

- We use manufacturer images, company names, company logos, stock images and manufacturer's descriptions throughout the site. We do not, at any time, regard any of these aspects to be part of our intellectual property and are used for the ease of navigation of the website, for demonstrating our trusted position in selling officially licensed items and to provide a high-quality website. This also provides a level playing field in terms of competition so that we are not restricted in our selling ability. In using these assets we understand that we will distribute genuine licensed goods.
