By submitting items to Itemdrop for trade-in, you agree to the following terms:

Trading Terms

• Items must be legally owned by the sender.
• Minimum age: 18 (or parental consent required).
• We reserve the right to refuse any item at our discretion.
• Trade-in quotes are based on the condition you describe.
• If your item matches the description, the initial quote will be the final offer.
• If we find undisclosed damage, defects, or discrepancies, we’ll issue a revised offer.
• Quotes are valid for 14 days from the issue date.
• Final offers are valid for 7 days after inspection.

Data Protection

• We securely wipe all personal data from devices.
• Your personal information is handled per our Privacy Policy.
• Items are held securely during the assessment process.

Payment Policy

• Payment is issued within 24 hours of accepting our final offer.
• Bank transfer is our preferred method (instant).
• PayPal payments may take 1-2 business days.
• Payments are only made to the name matching the sender ID.

Returns Policy

• Free tracked return is offered only if we revise your quote due to undisclosed issues.
• Returns are processed within 48 hours of refusal.
• Items will be returned in the same condition as received.

Liability

• Items sent at the sender's risk until received by us
